LAGUNA WOODS, Calif. – According to OCSD's Lt. Jeff Hallock, on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at approximately 4:30 p.m., the body of an elderly Asian male, was discovered in a shrub area near the golf course adjacent to the El Toro Water District Water Treatment Center located at 23549 Moulton Parkway.
The body was discovered by a team of search & rescue personnel assigned to search for Sa K. Lee, 82, reported missing on Saturday, November 22, 2014.
Based on the preliminary death investigation, the body of the elderly male is believed to be that of Lee; however, official identification is pending legal confirmation by the Coroner Division. Investigators are continuing to collect evidence and obtain information but there does not appear to be any foul play or suspicious circumstances involved in the death.
