It’s Not a Game Anymore Coto!- - Suspects Sought In Paintball Attack

It’s Not a Game Anymore Coto!

Joe Morabito, former member of the Coto de Caza board of directrors, recently warned Coto Discussion Forum readers about the potential danger inherent in kids playing with paintball guns. His words turned prophetic as Sam Applegate is still recovering from his recent injury. Doctors are still not sure whether Sam will recover completely.

Jim Amormino, OC Sheriff’s spokesperson has said that the paintball shooting was assault with a deadly weapon – it is no longer a game Coto!

CotoBuzz has been promoting an aggressive community involvement program to keep kids busy after school hours – as compared to simply having free movies in the park.

What has the Coto de Caza board been doing about crime and vandalism? Nothing!

Reward for information leading to the identification of the paintball incident perpetrators is now up to $5,000.00.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff's Department at (714) 628-7170, or simply send information to cotobuzz@yahoo.com.
