To make sure Coto residents understand what they get when they see a signature block as the one listed below, we are proposing a disclaimer that should be included within that signature block:

Disclaimer: The fact that this signature block uses the name of the CZ Master Association’s property management company and email address, (instead of using an email address with the association’s domain name), Keystone, in no way implies that the user of this signature block works for, cares for, listens to, is reprimanded by or represents said company. In fact, the only thing this means is that Keystone has agreed to process this user’s paycheck, as well as that of all service providers. For that matter, the company cannot fire this user for any reason. The only think the company does IS to collect monthly dues from CZ master residents, distribute welfare checks to others, process check for service providers (and not that well at all), misplaced procurement agreements, and lend personnel to manipulate elections, or for charity purposes on behalf of the board.
When the user of this signature block states that “I will forward this to the CZ Master Board of directors”, it really means that I was told not to do anything about these matters and the board simply wants to ignore, delay or deny. The fact of the matter is that what this user tells residents comes directly from the board of directors and NOT the property manager.
