We usually wait at least 100 days to collect enough information to determine if a service provider has any potential. Once we have enough evidence, then we feel comfortable publishing the results and our own predictions. The process has proved to be bullet proof for the past four-plus years.

In this case, we have enough information to project that the property manager’s new Coto de Caza manager’s tenure will be at best rocky. For starters, she is picking up where CJ Klug left off: Refusing to engage certain residents in a dialogue pertaining to the running of association affairs, and closing here eyes to evidence of irregularities pertaining to public safety, among other things.

Secondly, regardless of Vinnie’s management capabilities, she is between a rock and a hard spot: On the one hand, she is employed by Keystone Pacific (or as Jerry Mezger might say, she is an employee of Keystone, but she is not an employee of Keystone), not held in high esteem by many Coto residents, including CotoBuzz, AND she reports directly to the Coto de Caza board of directors (unless the issue is accountability, then she is a Keystone employee!

In this case Coto de Caza residents will be getting a full dose of Vinnie, Vidi and Bandini!
