RSM YMCA Youth Counselor charged with assaulting 10-year old

John Brandon Mohler, 34, Lake Forest, has been charged with sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl during program hours on-site at a Rancho Santa Margarita YMCA facility and faces a maximum sentence of eight years in prison if convicted. He is being held on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow, Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in Department S-2, Harbor Justice Center, Laguna Niguel.
