San Juan Capistrano, CA -   Sherlock Holmes and the Spinsters of Blackmead is a new play by Chris Stancich, author of last year’s award-winning production of Sherlock Holmes and the Doom of Devilsmoor. Holmes and Watson receive messages from Mirriam Cray and Oscar Dove (characters from The Doom of Devilsmoor adventure) that inform the sleuths of  an intriguing Trust that has been provided to Blackmead Manor enabling the manor to become an intellectual sanctuary for unmarried

ladies, wherein there has been a series of disappearances (and possibly murders even) at the otherwise peaceful manor. Holmes discovers a most unusual tontine device in the Trust and, at great risk to his personal safety, arrives in time to unravel the curious mystery. Great intrigue and fun for the entire family this Halloween season.
