No longer just rumors.   HOA advocate Jonathan Friedrich Running for Nevada State Senate Racks Another Win against Rancho Bel Air, a Homeowners Association that claims his home is within its boundaries and wants him to pay dues.
Or as Mr. Friedrich, soon to be Senator Friedrich might say:


Now its up to $10,000.00.
Do I hear $15,000.00 ?

Do I hear Contempt of Court for NOT paying by May 19 or sooner as the Court ordered?
