RSM Special Meeting 12/12 to address claim filed by Trabuco Highlands Community Association

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA – A  a special meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, 5:30 pm, to discuss a Closed Session item to address claim for damages filed by Trabuco Highlands Community Association

 The Closed Session agenda includes items 2.1 and 2.2 as noted below

2.1        CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION       Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9. Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivisions (b)(1) and (b)(3)(C) of Section 54956.9: (1 potential case: receipt of claim for damages filed by Trabuco Highlands Community Association).

2.2 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION       Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9. Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivisions (b)(1) and (b)(3)(A) of Section 54956.9 - (1 potential case).

The council is then scheduled to reconvene and  report on whether any reportable action was taken on any matters considered during Closed Session.
