Rancho Santa Margarita, CA - Jill Schweitzer has released her 2016 HOA Survey, which more closely reflects the views of most homeowners in a HOA/CID environment. However, the survey itself includes some of the same flaws as the Sugar/Tobacco Papers-like Zogby Papers, released by the HOA Industry advocate, the Community Association Institute (CAI.)
Just like the Sugar/Tobacco Papers-like Zogby Survey, Ms. Schweitzer asks leading questions. To be clear, I am not arguing against the results, just the methodology.
