CA AG Kamala D. Harris Applauds Obama’s Lawless Immigration Action

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA – Whether you agree with President Obama's intended action on immigration, or even whether you agree that such action falls under prosecutorial discretion, or  is a blatant disregard for the Constitution, what can be clearly deduced about separation of power using the President's own standards and what he intends to do based on his speech to the nation tonight, is that these branches  are Me, Myself and I.  And because Me and Myself can't agree, I am going it alone on illegal immigration. 

Not surprisingly, California Attorney General, not like Harry Reid, not Bly applauds the President's action, but echoes the President's misstatements:  

Attorney General Kamala D. Harris today issued the following statement on President Barack Obama’s Immigration Accountability Executive Actions:  "I applaud President Obama for taking steps to fix our broken immigration system. These executive actions prioritize deporting felons not families, and will help restore trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve. This action will extend the American Dream to millions of individuals who want to come out of the shadows.”

First, the substantive issue is NOT about prioritizing deportation of criminals.  An executive order should not be needed for the federal government to do its job -  it has been releasing a number of illegal cia also:  on   Oct. 26, 2014, 34-year-old Marcelo Marquez of Salt Lake City, suspected of killing two deputies during a shooting rampage in Northern California, is an illegal alien from Mexico with a drug conviction who had been deported four times:  The shootings began when Sacramento County sheriff’s Deputy Danny Oliver, 47, was shot in the forehead with an assault rifle at close range as he checked out a suspicious car in a motel parking lot. After killing Oliver, the gunman shot Anthony Holmes, 38, of Sacramento at least twice, including once in the head, during an attempted carjacking.

More substantively, the advertised executive order creates new laws.
