Two Los Angeles Buildings for Sale for Only $1.00

The City of Los Angeles has decided to hold a fire sale, rather than demolish two historical buildings. The buyer only pays $1.00 for the two buildings, then agrees to move them within a certain period of time.

Something similar to the “free trees” the CZ Master Association board of directors accepted from Ladera Ranch, or even the $150,000/year “Service Passes” printed on “free” GateWorks printers.

Perhaps Coto de Caza Drive will be populated with “free” plants, after the otherwise healthy ones are removed, such as was done when tree mutilation happened to make room for the “free” trees?
