Status: Binding on any audit that uses WWS v1.0, marks R6 = Y, and prints C1.

1. Why this exists
C1 already forbids grading the doorway. It does not name what the doorway does when the next act is a comment, a share, or a classroom decision and the body is never opened. The card then occupies the only workspace available at that moment. The comment publishes that occupancy. Downstream readers inherit the comment as memory of the event. C1.1 names that write. It does not invent a new domain.
2. The one rule
Print C1.1 only after C1 is already lawful. C1 is lawful only when R6 = Y. If R6 is N, C1.1 is not available. If C1 was not printed, C1.1 may not stand alone. A gist-write warning without a card-is-the-product finding is a broken stamp. Strike it.
3. Preconditions (all required)
• The unit in front of the reader is the distributed card (headline + image + compressed lead).
• R6 = Y.
• C1 printed (full stamp or one-liner).
• The expected next act is a comment, share, react, or teaching-order decision.
• The auditor has run the seven-flag scan.
4. The stamp
Print this block verbatim under C1, or the one-liner in §5.
C1.1 — Blind engagement. A comment, share, or classroom call written from headline + image + hook writes a situation model into the thread. That model will be inherited as memory of the event. You are not weighing in. You are publishing the wrap. If you will not run the routing sequence, do not comment. Teachers: a card that tells you what to teach first is also an E1 object. C1.1 does not clear E1.
5. One-liner (tight threads only)
Use only after C1 has already shipped.
Doorway ≠ dossier. Comment without routing publishes the wrap as memory. Do not comment from the card.
6. What C1.1 does not do
Does not alter raw AIS, final AIS, PAS, or C1.
Does not prove motive or outlet modus operandi.
Does not claim adults have child-like memory.
Does not treat click-through rates as a moral score of the audience.
Does not make the event false.
Does not waive the click because the reader “already knows this beat.” Prior knowledge is not a dossier.
Does not replace E1. Sequence packets still need the rank-order stamp.
7. Clear test
A card avoids C1.1 only if the controlling facts are on the card itself, or the reader has opened the routing sentence before posting. “I read a previous article on this” is not the test.
8. Scoresheet line
Add to the WWS one-page scoresheet, under the C1 line:
C1.1 (C1 printed Y/N) / printed (Y/N) / form (full stamp / one-liner / none)

9. Relation to C1, PAS, and E1
C1 names the object. C1.1 names the write. PAS still warns about packaging. E1 names the teacher use-case when the card or packet changes what to teach first. R6 + R8 remains the double default: C1/C1.1 on the card, E1 on the sequence.
10. Worked attachment
Object: PBS Teachers card circulating the Glen Mourning line on teaching African / African-American history.
Unit: card. R6: Y. R8: Y. C1: lawful. C1.1: lawful, full stamp.
E1: stamp on the education packet; C1.1 does not clear it.
Routing remains audit-specific and is not part of this addendum.
11. Core commitments carried forward
Unchanged from WWS v1.0 and C1 v1.0: no partisan scoring; no credit for emotional sincerity; no treating comment-thread consensus as evidence; event and package stay separated. Rejecting the card is not a finding that the underlying event did not occur.
