Action the framework specifies: complete demolition of the package as a record. Do not treat the card as the state of the Earth system.
What survives demolition
The framework’s job is to separate the slogan from the primitives. After that cut, this remains:
CO₂ is high and still rising; 426 ppm versus 280 is a real number.
Oceans are taking up that carbon and acidifying; that chemistry is not a metaphor.
Fertilizer N and P loads are large and produce documented eutrophication.
The Montreal Protocol is the cleanest existence proof in the file that a named agent plus a named cap can move a boundary back.
Global aerosol loading has declined; regional exceptions matter and were at least mentioned.
Several of the other boxes (novel entities, biosphere integrity, the revised freshwater metric) are management constructs with moving control variables. Scoring them as if they were the same object as CO₂ ppm is the engineering.
The 2011-water-vapor example in the Watchtower post made the same cut: spectra were real; “140 trillion oceans” was not. Here the spectra are CO₂, pH, ozone, and nutrient fluxes. “Seven of nine livable boundaries, worst since 2009, accelerate action across all of them” is the conversion number.

Do not archive: the social card, the 7-of-9 badge, or “beyond livable” as a measured quantity.
