The Onion is used as a framework to create engaging organizations. The core of the Onion is to identify the values, mission and philosophy: the purpose, or mission of the organization, in terms that can be inspiring, like Landing on the Moon, or MAGA.
The second layer is the goals of the organization, stated with clarity. Including the level of commitment.
The third layer of the Onion consists of the structure, includinga reward system, accountability, decision making expected behavior, and feedback mechanism.
The last layer is the environment: competition, trust, flexibility, engagement.
