To Make America Healthy Again Requires a Sound Mind in a Sound Body - Sine Cera

Just like the NYT led the COVID Vaccine cheering squad and the Kamala Harris platitudes based 2024 presidential campaign, it's now leading the anti Make America Healthy Again initiative.

The Greek dictum mens sana in corpore sano - Mens sana in corpore sano is a Latin phrase, usually translated as "a healthy mind in a healthy body". The phrase is widely used in sporting and educational contexts to express that physical exercise is an important or essential part of mental and psychological well-being.

Where sound mind on medical terms is defined as capable of rational thought and decision making, unimpaired by mental illness, drugs, dementia, obesity and so on; compos mentis.

President Trump’s largely viewd as unexpected sweeping victory, is not only a mandate but also a repudiation of the public health establishment...The Kamala Harris campaign is $20 million in debt, and Lindy Li, a member of the DNC Finance Committee, said she and others were misled about the vice president’s chances of winning the election. If the DNC's was misled, Occam's Razor suggests the highly paid consultants snd NYT/MSM 'experts' might be the ones.

The New York Times led the mainstream media cheering squad during the 2024 elections promoting Kamala Harris' failed platitudes- based campaign, while surrogates used social media as a boom box to expand on the strategy like announcing a daily celebrity endorsement and post misinformation. Just like it did during the COVID pandemic and now leading the anti Make America Healthy Again.

@PublicHealth conference in Minneapolis, fired a preemptive warning “If R.F.K. has a significant influence on the next administration, that could further erode people’s willingness to get up to date with recommended vaccines. I am worried about the impact that could have on our nation’s health, on our nation’s economy, on our nation's economy, on our global security." This not only what he said about the Covid Vaccine

But in July 2021 Adams was blaming the pandemic on the unvaccinated - not unlike the New York Times: The pandemic is "spiraling out of control again" because of unvaccinated Americans

Mr. Kennedy pledged to upend the nation’s agriculture system and public health bureaucracy, effectively gutting whole swaths of the regulatory state, under the rubric of rooting out “cronyism” and corruption.

While managing the quality of our food intake is critical and complex,

it's necessary but not sufficient.

In Matthew 5:29 Jesus warns us about mental hygiene . "If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one of your members than to have your whole body thrown into Gehenna. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away." 

In  2 Timothy 4:3-4 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

And Matthew 6:22 “The lamp of the body is the eye. If your eye is sound, your whole body will be filled with light; but if your eye is bad, your whole body will be in darkness. And if the light in you is darkness, how great will the darkness be."  

If fighting Big Pharma is a challenge, fighting Big Entertainment requires an herculean effort. We are all familiar with the filth coming out of Hollywood. The content streaming from Hollywood has, devolved in recent decades, with sex, violence, racy, antiChristian content increasingly permeating our entertainment. But it is not just Hollywood, but the whole entertainment industry, including professional sports, seeping into college and even high school sports, more notably football.


Consider more people view internet pornography every month than Netflix, Amazon, and Twitter combined. In 2016, people watched 4.6 billion hours of pornography at just one of the more than 42 million pornographic websites. That’s equivalent to 524,000 years spent watching porn in 1 year! Sadly 93% of boys and 63% of girls will be exposed to internet porn before the age of 18.  The average age of first exposure is 11 years old.

And the music industry is darker than most people could ever imagine. If you look at the content of the lyrics of the songs that are played on the radio, it’s unbelievably immoral and dark and anti-Jesus. When I started to see the sheer percentage of songs and videos that were leaning heavily in that direction, I came to recognize that it could not be an accident. If we are serious about mens sana in corpore sano, but only look at the food intakes and neglect what we see and hear is like an ancient fake, or deceptive repair. In ancient times, broken pottery could br repaired with wax. The wax can be blended in so that it is hard to see that it is repaired. If a person bought it and put hot water in it, the wax could melt and the pottery fail. Vessels that were not deceptively repaired were described as sine cera - without wax. Without wax is used in the Bible figuratively such as in Philippians 1:9-10 where we are told to be “without wax.” We are not to have our flaws deceptively covered.


A Make America Healthy Again movement, void of personal accountability is like MAGA without President Trump. What we need is an America Healthy Sine Cera
