STOP The Insanity: Vote No on Camas-Washougal RFA

Raising taxes under the moniker 'Camas-Washougal RFA' is devious as it allows the cities to divert funds for DEI programs, while they are clueless about Public Safety.

Perennial Budget Deficits, Democrats not only side with Zelenski, they openly root for rogue Intel agents, willing to sell their country, and supporting Hamas supporters like Khalil just to hurt president Trump

Vote No on Prop 1

Vote No on Camas-Washougal RFA

Washington State Most Indoctrinated, Atheist State- like the Third Reich

Where children belong to the state - the latter has adopted the old Muslim proverb: women are for procreation, children for vacation

These are the folks who used highly paid consultants to build the Lacamas roundabout, which only violates the first three laws of roundabout design.

And

The ones who destroyed a family friendly natural habitat to build a pedophile honeycomb

These are the folks who say children belong to the state: no such thing as parental rights.Stop the Insanity! Vote No on Camas-Washougal RFA

This is who Pramila Jayapal is defending

WA politicians want to dethrone CA; California is No.1 in Child Trafficking
2.  California is No.1 in fentanyl consumption
3. California is No.1 in Homelessness
Where “homeless” is misleading. The vast majority of those on the streets are there due to severe drug addiction and/or mental illness. The issue not that they got a little behind in their mortgage payments and would be back on their feet if someone just offered them a job
4. California is No.1 in poverty
5. California is No.1 I'm the manufacture of Extended Release Culture Pills
6.  California is racing to the bottom of ERCP addiction faster than the high speed rail system rapidly going nowhere
7. California is No. 1 in abortions

Teachers Unions and Corrupt Politicians turned the education system into a Devshirme System: Zero Education, Only Indoctrination:The Department of Education granted $8M this NGO, which argues that America is a "racialized structure of power, privilege, [and] oppression" and suggests that Republicans are "violently fighting for the maintenance of white supremacy."

WA Democrats want to gift $120,000+ to black homebuyers to include sex offenders. If you don't agree, you are racist. Neglects to consider that the Ultimate Reparation has already been paid in full

Why You Should Vote No on Camas-Washougal RFA

The folks who do not cheer for 13 year old, cancer survivor DJ Daniels and Want boys dressed as girls to play on girls sports. Also want to raise taxes under the moniker 'Camas-Washougal RFA

Governing is about choices. Local governance at Camas & Washougal seem unable or unwilling to make tough choice, so they punt.

Another reason  to Vote No on Camas-Washougal RFA: City of Camas officials are clueless about public safety - just had another crash by Woodburn elementary, for example Feb 29, 2025 10:20 am
Yet "The city’s ambitious Everett Street corridor improvement project will eventually create a multimodal traffic corridor and, according to city staff, improve safety for drivers, pedestrians and bicyclists along the 1.5-mile, two-lane portion of state Highway 500 that runs from the Lake Road-Everett Street roundabout to the city’s northern limits near Northeast Third Street"

The Inequity of the Pursuit of Equity Over Public Safety

Public Safety professionals are not unlike surgeons in the OR: People's lives are in their hands. You would never let a surgeon operate on anyone without any previous experience.

Why allow Public Safety officials decide people's fate? When Camas Engineering was asked about the unacceptable number of crashes around Woodburn elementary school, the response was:  Woodburn Street meets spec.

Lacamas roundabout should be next.
Messing with the roundabout design is like messing with the design of the paper clip
Or the design of the egg
.

Not knowing that public safety is not about specs, but includes design, awareness,  engagement, awareness and so on.  In short, a culture concerned with Public Safety and not the Inequity of the Pursuit of Equity Over Public Safety.

The State Government that has created a 16 billion dollar deficit is suing the federal government that is trying to save money, reduce fraud, and eliminate waste..... Think about
Worse:  these are the people who want boys dressed as girls to play in girls sports
. Won't celebrate a Black 13-year old cancer survivor AND Want more taxpayers money! Can you hear me now?

Raising taxes under the moniker 'Camas-Washougal RFA' is devious as it allows the cities to divert funds for DEI programs, while they are clueless about Public Safety.
Lacamas roundabout should be next.

"If they're old enough to get pregnant, they're old enough to make their own decisions about what happens with their bodies, and parents do not the right to change that." - Washington State Senate Majority Leader Jamie Pedersen (D)
One in nine girls and one  in 20 boys under the age of 18 experience sexual abuse or assault while in school. 82% of all victims  under 18 are female.Females ages 16-19 are 4 times more likely than the general population to be victims of rape, attempted rape, or sexual assault.
Arguably, children affected by legislation, school policies and or litigation are being subjected to abuse by  propagandists, activists and or corrupt politicians

Voters in Camas and Washougal will consider forming an RFA during the April 22, 2025, Special Election. Which begs the question: Why special elections? Why so many? What's the cost of a special election?

"RFA would offer a higher level of service for residents, streamline operations, and provide a fairer more and provide a fairer more cost-effective funding model.

Perennial Budget Deficits, Democrats not only side with Zelenski, they openly root for rogue Intel agents, willing to sell their country, and supporting Hamas supporters like Khalil just  to hurt president Trump
[  ] State of Washington $6 Billion deficit
[  ] The city of Washougal's 2025 general and street fund budget projects a revenue shortfall of $2,020,990.
[  ] The city of Camas, Washington is facing a budget deficit of nearly $6 million for 2025-2026.
[  ] The Camas School District is facing a $16 million budget shortfall ahead of the 2025-26 School Year.
[  ] The Washougal School District has projected a budget deficit of $3 million for the 2024-2025 school year
Common denominator?
Not only perennial budget deficits, but a culture of lawlessness at the state, county, city, school system level. Not to mention treasonous activity
.

It's a culture of lawlessness at the state, county, city, school system level
It's the Inequity of the Pursuit of Equity over public safety
Inslee legacy is high crime, exponential traffic rate fatality and child endangerment.

Ferguson follows it up with lawfare and the Inequity of the Pursuit of Equity Over Public Safety.

The choice is whether to vote for increased taxes without saying taxes are being raised: A Regional Fire Authority (RFA) for Camas and Washougal. The RFA would be managed by a governing board made up of locally-elected representatives. Property owners in both cities would pay the RFA directly for services. The RFA would provide fire and emergency medical services (EMS).

Having three elected officials manage a RFA is like having three foxes manage the chicken coop. The first thing they'll worry about is getting reelected. The second thing they'll think about is getting reelected, and so will be the third thing- Apologies to Sowell.

Kids over 13 have the right to make their own decisions about their mental health care. Parents don't have the right to have notice, they don't have the right to have consent about that" - Washington State Senate Majority Leader Jamie Pedersen (D)

This is how to raise taxes adding inefficiency and raising taxes, without saying you are raising taxes:

Governing is about choices. Local governance at Camas & Washougal seem unable to make the tough choices. They should resign or be recalled.

If a city is not able to manage its budget, simply create another parasitic bureaucracy managed by three elected officials. The Regional Authority then bills you directly for services rendered. That's what Camas-Washougal RFA, would do.

According to the Washougal Facebook post,  "RFA would offer a higher level of service for residents, streamline operations, and provide a fairer more and provide a fairer more cost-effective funding model." In that case, why do you need city hall.  Just create Regional Authorities like:

Regional PA - Regional Police Authority

Regional PWA - Regional Public Works Authority

Regional EDIA - Regional EDI Authority

Before you decide whether to create a RFA, is a sound idea, consider:

  • The City of Washougal’s financially-irresponsible, boneheaded decision to disturb a natural Habitat, family trail & children’s park in favor of a disk golf course is another example of government 'investment: Arbitrarily the City decided to proceed even when alerted that in addition to not having environmental approval, the City was exposing children not only to physical harm, but it would be a pedophile honeycomb.

  • The City of Camas, officials not only do not have a  basic understanding of public safety, but refuse to engage the public even when it is willing to fund basic services the City does not provide- like de-icing and calming devices
  • Paraphrasing Aristotle: Only those who have been well brought up can usefully study public finances, to the untrained man, the man who stands outside the Tao, the very starting point of this science is invisible. He may be hostile, but he cannot be critical: he does not know what is being discussed.

What about first principles? What are the Camas- Washougal values? Governor Ferguson says children belong to the state - parents don't have rights.  He also says that Washington state will work with president Trump where we can and stand up to him when we must.

Does the Camas-Washougal Community agree? And why does that matter?  It matters because based on the response, that's where you'll find the checkbook and the waste:

The US government sent $2.7 TRILLION in Medicare & Medicaid money overseas to people who were NOT eligible to receive it. That’s 8% of the US national debt. Medicare isn't going broke. The money is being stolen.

Meanwhile, California's Gavin Newsom’s budget director  admits the state  is spending $9.5 BILLION a year on illegal immigrant healthcare costs – and are giving 23% of every Medi-Cal general fund

Rep. Jayapal does not want Washington to cooperate with ICE.

Here are the Washington values as gleaned from public documents:

WA values - are California values

"If they're old enough to get pregnant, they're old enough to make their own decisions about what happens with their bodies, and parents do not the right to change that." - Washington State Senate Majority Leader Jamie Pedersen (D)

1. Values lawlessness Governor Inslee legacy is crime and the steady, purposeful erosion of any legitimate sense of law, order and safety: 77% increase in traffic fatalities! Ferguson picks up the mantel

2 #HollywoodsRuleOfPedophilia is in effect: Pedophiles go where they are welcomed and stay where they are protected and well treated Kids over 13 have the right to make their own decisions about their mental health care. Parents don't have the right to have notice, they don't have the right to have consent about that" - Washington State Senate Majority Leader Jamie Pedersen (D)

3. children belong to the state: parents have no rights. 4. WA continues to push the Inequity of the Pursuit of Equity over public safety Might as well Abolish

@wsdot and fire DEI -hires

Defund #TargetZero - why waste money on something you don't believe in?

4. WA is a DEI state: state level, county level, city level, HS level

In dealing with the City of Camas, officials had no idea of the state's  Target Zero and even scoffed at the idea.

Paraphrasing Aristotle: Only those who have been well brought up can usefully study public safety: to the untrained man, the man who stands outside the Tao, the very starting point of this science is invisible. He may be hostile, but he cannot be critical: he does not know what is being discussed.

Options

Any Regional Authority simply adds to the bureaucracy, regardless of how it is marketed.

Other options to consider may be;

1. Audit Camas and Wshougal DOGE-style, with particular focus on DEI and union contracts. Eliminate waste.

2. Merge the City of Camas and Washougal and eliminate duplicity

3. Contract with ECFR

So, Why is it that in a sharing economy, NASA can use Space-X, but Camas, Washougal can't subcontract to organizations such as ECFR?

Just like, why is it school districts are in the transportation business with predictably skyrocketing expenses? While it is not rocket science, NASA figured out that it is most cost-effective to focus on core competencies so it offloads some of its work to others like Space-X and Jeff Bezos Blue Origin. We can use ride-sharing like Uber or Lyft. We can even avoid hotels and stay at any of a number of B&B properties around the world. What about calling Grubhub to get a snack while you digest this piece?

Yet school districts insist on being in the transportation business, and cities want to create even more bureaucracies!
