Over the weekend a dark colored car (like a small BMW or similar looking car with yellow lights under the headlights) drove by and shot numerous paintballs (bright green) at kids and struck a boy in the eye. It will be a couple of weeks before its known the extent of the damage to his eye. The doctors say his vision could be anywhere from restored completely or he could be blind. They won’t know until the bleeding and swelling go away.
The Applegates want to thank you so much for the outpouring of concern and prayers for their son, Sam.
The Applegate and Reisinger families are offering a reward of $3,000 for information that leads to identifying the persons involved in the paintball shooting that took place at the Reisinger’s home this last weekend.
