MGT's Jan6th Remarks Illustrates LIDDD & BR

Marjorie Green Taylor cracked a joke and no one smiled, quite the opposite. On the other hand the same people found Madonna's "I dream of blowing the White House" remark hilarious. Even more hilarious was Kamala Harris joking about killing President Trump.  But wait, Newsweek fact-checkers consider the previous statement false, because she didn't use the word "kill" but a Euphemism as in "does anyone have to come out alive" - just like Abortion is not infanticide, but women's health.

Not only did the White House and its echo chamber were not amused. They labeled her remarks ,"violent"

I consider MGT's statement as typical political bravado and a decent joke. I also label the "label violent" as just another instance of the LIDDD Strategy: Lie, Ignore,  Deflect,  Deny. Delay or as CNN might say, a Cynical Strategy

And Illustrates the Gross Misapplication of the  Blackstone Ratio: When crimes occur, societies often cannot know for certain if a suspect is guilty or innocent. Consequently, societies must grapple with the type of “mistakes” they will tolerate more, sometimes punishing o innocent people or sometimes allowing guilty people go free. The American system, has long erred on the side of protecting innocence.: The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty. William Blackstone wrote, “Better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer.” Benjamin Franklin went further arguing “it is better a hundred guilty persons should escape than one innocent person should suffer.

Without political influence, there are practical obstacles trying to implement the Blackstone Ratio.  Now add political bias and the problem is even more complex. Remind me again which prominent progressive has been held to account for the voting irregularities, Russia Hoax, Ukraine Hoax, corruption or any other trespass? Destroying email servers? Withholding PC evidence?  Why?  Because as Nancy Pelosi loves to say – Absolutely No One Is Above The Law, US Rep. for California Maxine Moore Waters regularly incites violence.  For example, Rep. Maxine Waters called for protesters to “stay on the street” and “get more confrontational”

Marjorie Green also said "trust is a major issue: The lack of transparency and political bias at the top echelon of the FBI, that is unfolding in the public eye, is deepening the public’s mistrust of the Federal Bureau of Investigations. With the recent news that the FBI somehow “lost” five months’ worth of text messages between FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, the public is in an uproar and severely in unbelief as to how these messages were supposedly lost. Sadly, it is stories such as these that deepen negative public perception of those in law enforcement who strive to serve the public and do a good job" - Response? Crickets!
