Rancho Santa Margarita, CA - On Wednesday, February 10, 2016, the Major County Sheriffs’ Association (MCSA) installed a new group of executive officers who will serve in 2016-2017. The installation of new MCSA Executive Officers occurred at the MCSA Winter Meeting held in Washington DC.
Established in 1998, the MCSA is a professional law enforcement association of elected sheriffs representing counties or parishes with a population of 500,000 or more with a sworn or licensed workforce of 500 or more. The MCSA is dedicated to preserving the highest integrity in law enforcement and the elected Office of the Sheriff. The MCSA membership represents over 100 million Americans.
