The Justice System Isn't About Justice. More Like Social Control

Updated May 17, 2023 7:27 am PST
The Justice System is not about justice. It's more about social control. As if it a cursory look at news reports dud not provide enough evidence, it can be argyed the just-released Durham Report is Exhibit A.

Just like journalism is not about seeking the truth: Journalists are vested in supporting their bosses' narrative, not on uncovering the truth. Pulitzer Prizes are now given to the best fake news, for example. And Scientists, like Dr. Faucci, Dr. Tedros or Pfizer's Dr. Becci Corkill, are paid to increase their employers' profitability not to make the world a better place.

Likewise, lawyers are paid to come up with the best argument money can buy. Not to uncover the truth. A lawyer will argue that because a wealthy client broke the law, the law must be changed. Explains why the poor are overrepresented in the prison system. For example, what's the difference between Fox News firing Tucker Carlson And Disneyland firing Dwayne Johnson?
Both illustrate the argument that lawyers are paid to come up with the best argument money can buy and not to uncover the truth.

Judges are paid to render decisions based on the best argument presented in court. Often these arguments come from the best paid lawyers, whereas funding during the judges' campaign often sways his decisions. Historians are no different.

Like culture, the justice system is a form of social control, where the major elements include symbols, language, norms, values, and artifacts. It provides a strong sense of identification within members of the group and shared understanding among the groups' employees about what is important. Take for instance the recent news that the FBI somehow “lost” five months’ worth of text messages between FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. What is the message being sent to FBI's rank & file? Or take Attorney General Garland sending the FBI to “protect” school boards, when the FBI knows which public officials spew hate and call for violence against the police, such as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez expressing her solidarity with the antipolice demonstrations that raged in Brooklyn that included turnstile-jumping and defacing cop cars. Not to mention Mr Anh Le, savagely beaten with a bat by two people in Chinatown. Despite the high Hate Crime rate in the city, the San Francisco DA plea-deal so the perpetrators did no get jail time – Mr Le had to sue to get justice. Then there's US Rep. for California Maxine Moore Waters who regularly incites violence. For example, Rep. Maxine Waters called for protesters to “stay on the street” and “get more confrontational” if former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin is acquitted in the killing of George Floyd.

The Department of Justice can justify its behaviors at work because those behaviors fit the established culture.
Examples of such behavior include the DOJ's War On Life, War on Christians and how the White House, DOJ, FBI & MSM are in lock step to promote the Christo-Fascist, America Is Racist narratives. Why it can be argued that January 6th was anything but an insurrection. The real insurrection is on-going.

You may recall pro-life citizen journalist David Daleiden is facing eight felony charges stemming from his undercover investigation of Planned Parenthood, that captured video evidence of the abortion goliath conspiring to illegally harvest and sell aborted baby body parts, while Planned Parenthood executives remain free. And it gets worse or better depending on your worldview: Days after President Joe Biden’s divisive speech to the nation and the FBI designating patriotic symbology as indicative of domestic terrorism, more than 20 FBI agents in full SWAT gear arrested pro-life Catholic husband and father Mark Houck, because he was praying outside an abortion clinic and defending his 12-year-old son from being screamed at and chased by a pro-abortion “bodyguard” who tried to stop them from praying.

Corollary: Most laws are designed to strengthen the aforementioned culture, including passing laws to control law-abiding citizens with little concern for law breakers. Anyone who argues that the Justice System dispenses blind justice, like perhaps far left propagandist The New York has been living under a rock or is an enabler.
