Leslie Keene, Laguna Woods city manager arrested on suspicion of DUI

Laguna Woods Village - On Friday, December 21st, 2012, the Laguna Woods City Staff and Council Members hosted a City Holiday Party at the "Village Greens," ending at around 8:00 P.M. Two people remained at the "Village Greens."
According to arrest records, Ms. Keane, was booked into the O.C County Jail Intake and Release Center in Santa Ana Friday night after being arrested on suspicion of DUI . She was issued a citation and released Saturday, December 22.
According to the O.C. Sheriff Blotter a call was placed to the Orange County Sheriff at 10:43 P.M.

one male and one fem. that are 390 (drunk) and refusing to leave...
The fem is becoming uncooperativep.
Arrest records show Ms. Keene is to appear in court, O.C Superior Court Criminal and
Traffic Case Access, on Monday, January 21,2013 Case Number (#) 12-224176.
Ironically, on October 21, 2009, at a Laguna Woods City Council Meeting, Ms.Keane, while
excoriating several of the Long Beach firefighters over a traffic issue stated: "I am passionate about Public Safety and it took me a while to get over the fear about what could have occurred - a serious accident."
The next meeting of the Laguna Woods City Council is Wednesday, January 16th,
2013 at 2:00 P.M. The question is whether the City Council will address this latest incident, and whether Ms. Keene remains as passionate about public safety.
