SCOTUS has issued 21 rulings directly involving the Trump Administration as of September 24, 2025:
• 17 in favor of the Administration (granting stays, vacating lower court injunctions, or allowing policies to proceed).
• 4 against the Administration (denying relief or upholding lower court blocks).

Trends and Context
• Favor (17): Mostly shadow docket orders (e.g., 17 of 23 emergency requests granted. Themes: Immigration (deportations, citizenship), agency control (firings), and curbing judicial overreach (injunctions). These enable policies like mass removals and restructuring independent agencies.
• Against (4): Fewer and narrower, often procedural (e.g., Riley) or regulatory (FDA e-cigs). No major policy defeats; liberals dissented in most favors, urging fuller review.
• Overall Term Impact: The 2024-25 term (ending June 2025) featured "unprecedented frequency" of Trump wins. Lower courts issued 35 nationwide blocks on Trump policies, but SCOTUS reversed most.
