RSM Biker charged with recklessly running red lights at 100MPR

*This case resulted in a non-fatal officer-involved shooting 

Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca - Dennis Mitchell Mueller,  has been charged with recklessly driving 100 mph, including running through red lights, on his motorcycle in an effort to evade a pursuing Orange County Sheriff's deputy, resulting  in a non-fatal officer-involved shooting, according to the Orange County District Attorney's office.   

 Mueller, 20, Rancho Santa Margarita, is charged with one felony count of evading while driving recklessly and one misdemeanor count each of resisting and obstructing an officer and driving on a suspended license.    

He is  being held on $25,000 bail in this case and is subject to a no-bail probation violation hold and is expected to be arraigned today,    

The Orange County District Attorney's Office (OCDA) is investigating the officer-involved shooting incident at this location involving this defendant.
