Laguna Woods Village, CA - Resident’s Voice, a Laguna Woods Village volunteer association, critical of the property management company and the non-profit homeowners association turns seven years old. just five years ago, The Resident's Voice launched of what it called Phase 2 of its signature initiative, asking other Laguna Woods Village Residents for help in distributing its message.
Arguably, the Residents's Voice signature accomplishment has been the publication on the Red Book, including misuse of credit cards - something that has not been received favorably by the status quo : http://www.atwebo.com/cotobuzz/2009/LWV/CotoLWVRVoice.htm
