Coto de Caza, CA - the fourth traffic fatality in the history of the community was barely avoided earlier today, thanks now doubt to St. Patrick

Earlier today at around 3:00 pm, a red truck and an SUV appeared to have had a head-on collision blocking Coto de Caza Drive in both directions.  A quick check with the first responder on the scene, a CHP officer, confirmed that while there were various personal injuries, there were no traffic fatalities.

Roughly 15 minutes after the CHP shows up, the HOA's $1.5 million per year private security, UPS, shows up.  Mostly to get in the way.
