Tweetie, Stevie, Bobbie, Jerry Baby – these are terms reserved for those on the Coto de Caza leadership who accomplish such great things, that these things are invisible to Coto Residents.
On the other hand, Neglected Child, Nut Job, Moron, Liar, etc are despective terms hurled at critics.
Paraphrasing FoX Network's Neal Cavuto: “The Coto de Caza Board of Directors could make great strides in brining back law and order and budget deficit, if they could simply keep one foot on the ground and the other away from their mouth”
