Layer: C-adjacent. K1 does not change AIS or PAS. It does not cap E1.

Status: Available after two or more WWS scoresheets exist on the samemasthead, franchise, or classroom feed. Binding when the auditor isasked whether the shop is Coat, Dose, Course, or the Blue Book.

W1 without E1 is a comment. K1 without two scoresheets is a comment.

The one rule

Count clocks. Do not name the building.

A row is not a verdict. A cluster is not architecture. Promotion is a separate finding with its own gate.

Print K1 only as a ledger in the watch file.

Do not print K1 on the painting, the masthead, or the teacher card.

Run gate (need both)

≥2 completed WWS objects from the same shop or franchise window.

The live question is accumulation or promotion — not “what does this card do?” (that is still WWS → E1 → W1).

Fewer than two sheets: write “K1 not in season” and stop.

What K1 may print

Per row: object · E1 · W1+dialect memo · Layer C on card · Layer C on body · D-gate (Y/N or “pipes not in season”) · ERCP duration · AERCT closed? · routing kept?

Cluster line (not a score): Coat cluster / Dose candidate / Course candidate / architecture question unopened.

Promotion lock (header law):

E1/W1 cluster + AERCT closed + pipes not in season → Coat cluster. Teachers warning only.

Same polarity ≥3 units + D1+D2 + ERCP open months → Dose candidate. May open 3A.

Dose + AERCT Dominant + catalog-wide rank rule + metric insulation → architecture question may open.

Mercury does not skip a row.

No composite. No 90–70–0. No “Blue Book %.” No pill sticker.
