US, One Nation, Under Vishnu, Mohammed, Krishna and other little g gods,
indivisible, unless there are objections from special interest groups, incredibly tolerant of intolerance, with liberty and justice for those who can afford it, and if they cannot afford it, the government will pay for it, wink, wink

History was made Thursday July 12, 2007 when Rajan Zed, a Hindu chaplain from Nevada was shouted during his "let us pray. We meditate on the transcendental glory of the deity supreme who is inside the heart of the Earth, inside the life of the sky, and inside the soul of the heaven" prayer to open up the U.S. Senate. Zed’s prayer is the first Hindu prayer ever on the floor of the U.S. Senate.
When the Hindu chaplain began to speak, there was an interruption from two women in the gallery, which included references to scriptures found in the Bible. Soon the women were silenced and taken into custody.
“The percentage of Americans with a "great deal" or "quite a lot" of confidence in Congress is at 14%, the lowest in Gallup's history of this measure -- and the lowest of any of the 16 institutions tested in this year's Confidence in Institutions survey. It is also one of the lowest confidence ratings for any institution tested over the last three decades”, according to Frank Newport, in an article titled Americans' Confidence in Congress at All-Time Low, published June 21, 2007. Given such dismal approval rating, the Founding Father’s God is no longer sufficient for Congress: Congress feels justified in sending Christians to jail while they pray to Vishnu, Krishna and thousands of other little g gods.
If the current Congress has its way, very soon our children will be required pledge alliance to the United States of America “One Nation, Under Vishnu, Mohammed, Krishna and other little g gods, indivisible, unless there are objections from special interest groups, incredibly tolerant of intolerance, with liberty and justice for those who can afford it, and if they cannot afford it, the government will pay for it, wink, wink”
