AUTHOR SEEKS CORRESPONDENCE TO, AND RESPONSES FROM, CALIFORNIA LAW REVISION COMMISSION

Published author seeks letters, emails, complaints, memos, flyers, minutes, telephone conversation notes, and anything relating to the California Law Revision Commission, no matter the date of said material and no matter how trivial.

The sought after information need not pertain entirely to homeowner associations, common interest developments, or boards of directors. The California Law Revision Commission covers a wide variety of topics.

"Correspondence" includes but is not limited to, any hard copy letters, faxes, and emails. Please do not write or edit the correspondence or it will automatically be eliminated for potential use.

Interested titleholders and other individuals who are willing to share their correspondences to and from the California Law Revision Commission are encouraged to forward copies to the author as noted below.

Because your material may be used in an upcoming publication, please include the following with the material you supply me with.

This Permission form is for the author and publisher's records, this form will not be made public. It will not be published.

*There are no limits on the number of documents or pages you can submit.

*If the document submitted has a letterhead or signature, the letterhead and signature will be published. Assume if used, documents are intended to be printed "in tact" "in toto" (space and publisher permitting).

*Submission of any item does not guarantee it will be used or published, or published in its entirety.

*Only "complete" documents will be accepted.

*Submissions must be LEGIBLE.

*Partial or incomplete documents will be rejected.

*The participant will not be compensated for assisting or providing documents.

*Documents with extraneous markings will be rejected.

*No altered documents will be accepted. No editorials.

*No redacted documents will be accepted.

*Do not send originals. Documents will not be returned. Participants will not be contacted with status reports, when its published you'll see it in print.

*The author "may" contact you. If you do not provide a viable telephone contact number for the author, your documents may be rejected.

*Items without completed Permission form will be rejected.

*Items must be received no later than: September 31, 2007.

*NO EMAILS REGARDING THIS PROJECT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

*Send this entire communication with your submission(s) or if you have already sent your submissions to the author prior to filling out this form, you must still fill out this form and return it to the author. All submissions must be accompanied with this signed Permission form.

*Permissions and/or material containing contingencies will be rejected. I understand and agree that all the documents I am submitting may or may not be published and that there is no compensation for any submission. I do not expect to be compensated for my participation and I understand that I will not be compensated for my participation. I give unequivocal permission for reprint and usage holding the author harmless. I understand that permission to publish the documents that I provide herein is irrevocable.
