arrested today by Orange County District Attorney (OCDA) Investigators on six
felony counts of false imprisonment, three felony counts of assault with the
intent to commit a sexual offense, one felony count each of stalking, attempted
sexual battery by restraint, and grand theft by false pretense, and one misdemeanor

result of sexual compulsion and for the purpose of sexual gratification.

expected an investigation would prove him right. At the time, Bustamante was also an executive manager with the Orange
County's Public Works Department stating:
"I strongly deny the vicious and hurtful rumors surrounding my
employment with the County of Orange. My family and I are confident that the
investigation will disprove them and I am looking forward to returning to
work."
