It took a president like Donald Trump to expose the mainstream media for what it is: a fraud.  Elites who think Americans are stupid, as CNN might say, and thus the average Anerican needs a heavy dose of regurgitated news that can be safely consumed by clueless, uneducated Trump supporters.

President Trump also exposed the corrupt weaponized federal bureaucracy he inherited from president Obama: The Trump administration's DOJ forced the Obama-FBI to apologize for having discriminated and disenfranchised thousands of conservative voters.

New revelations show that members of high level DOJ & FBI  operatives were all in for president Trump's political opponent, Hilary Clinton.  It's not a conspiracy theory:  Obama weaponized the federal bureaucracy to punish political foes and reward friends.

With president Trump's historical recognition recognizing history that clearly shows Jerusalem is the eternal capital of Israel, reasonable people would conclude that ultra conservative Muslims and terrorist organizations like Hamas & Hezbolla might call for days of rage or even intifadas.  But when practically the whole Muslim World goes postal, the only conclusion is that the long suspected religion of peace, isn't. Even Democrat-darling filthy, vulgar, hateful, antiSemite, antiAmerican,  antiChristian, Women's March Organizer Linda Sarsour, urges Muslims to NOT assimilate & castigates president Trump's proclamation.

The United States sends some $500 million/year to Palestinians.  Most of the money ends up in the hands of Hamas, Hezbollah leadership, which is then used to pay suicide bombers and their families. High time to rethink this aid.

As to Muslim Americans support for the president? Crickets.

So, don't ever lecture me that Islam is the religion of peace, because it isn't, it's the religion of hate. Thank president Trump for exposing this truism.

Puerto Rico's Untold Story

Main stream media coverage of the federal government's response to the recent natural disasters, including hurricanes Harvey, Maria, Irma and Jose, focused on feel good stories of neighbor-helping-neighbor trying to avoid stating the obvious: the federal response was the best one we have seen in the history of the nation.

That all changed when Puerto Rico took a direct hit from not one, but two hurricanes, within ten days.  Criticism levied by democrats and anti-Trumpers used identity politics claiming that the federal response was not as good because the government saw Puerto Ricans as second class citizens. 

The  San Juan Puerto Rico mayor went even further taking direct hits at President Trump & FEMA administrator claiming that federal inaction was responsible for dying children. On any given day, the mayor appeared on 1/2 dozen TV shows instead of worrying about the recovery efforts.  In one case, she complains the island does not have enough potable water, while behind her, there are pallets and pallets of bottled water.

Prior to the hurricanes, Puerto Rico had a 3rd world infrastructure, with the power grid build using toothpicks.  Puerto Rico was also on the brink of bankruptcy and incompetent/corrupt government.

FEMA's Brock Long explained that FEMA had to decide the level of assets before the first hurricane, to make sure the assets were not damaged. Whatever disaster recovery plan was put in place by the governor of Puerto Rico and the rest of the mayors is not immediately obvious.  What is obvious is that it should have included plenty of back up generators, perhapa the Tesla equipment.   Also, recently Tesla's  chief Elon Musk said his company can solve Puerto Rico's energy crisis using solar panels and batteries  

Communications back up also needed to be beefed up so that an effective command and control center could  have been assembled on short notice. Recently, the Federal Communications Commission gave Alphabet an experimental license to use its balloon-powered internet service, called Project Loon, to restore service in Puerto Rico.  This should have been tested prior to the hurricanes.  

An argument could be made that a disaster recovery plan for the power grid and communications was not done because of Puerto Rico's precarious financial status, it's leaders lack of vision, or a combination thereof  

But wait, there's more. Media coverage of disaster recovery in Texas, Louisiana and even Mexico.  In Puerto Rico we hear of the truck drivers union chief demanding three times the salary as a condition to distribute supplies.  We even hear stories of government officials hogging supplies for their own personal use.

After close to three decades as a politician, Nancy Pelosi who  said that “The Confederate statues in the halls of Congress have always been reprehensible “ and I “call upon Speaker  Ryan to join Democrats to remove the Confederate statues from the Capitol immediately.”  Makes you wonder where she was for the last 30 years.

If indeed Nancy Pelosi and Cory Booker find white supremacists & slavery symbols offensive, pehaps they should drop the Democratic Party, the party that brought you the KKK AND fought for slavery.

Not since Susan Rice when she went on five Sunday Shows to blame the Behgazi Massacre on a Youtube video to deflect any ressponsibility away from president Obama/Hilary Clinton,  have we seen the Spinners work so feverishly.

The Spinners for the most part ignored president Obama refusing to call Radical Islam by its name.  President Obama often cautioned against jumping to conclusions, while jumping to conclusions:  Remember the "stupid" Boston police or the  November 5, 2009, when mass shooting took place at Fort Hood, near Killeen, Texas when Nidal Hasan, fatally shot 13 people and injured more than 30 others and Obama called it workplace violence.  

Do not forget how Obama invited the Muslim Brotherhood and members of the Black Lives Matter to the White House.  Not to mention his mentor Reverend GD America Wright, or race baiter and advisor Al Sharpton.

This is just a sampling to show a pattern.  

President Trump by deed an action has denounced white nationalism.  But it does not matter wheat whe says, when he says it, how he says it, whom he says it to, it will not suffice.  It is not rational.  But what is rational about CNN's commentaro Navarro calling the president sub-human?

GOP going boldly where every man has gone before

The GOP establishment never expected a Trump presidency, why it went where every man has gone before:  Pledge to Repeal and Replace Obamacare if only they are elected or reelected to office.

But the the unthinkable happens:  Trump defeats Hilary AND he is doing what he told American voters he was going to do.  Now, there is no excuse for the GOP establishment.  There is nowhere to hide.

The main problem is that the Democrats have the anchovies and the GOP is supposed to take away the anchovies. While this is what they promised to do and it is the fiscally responsible thing to do, it is not the popular thing to do.

So now the GOP establishment is forced to look in the mirror.  Does it have the backbone to take away the anchovies and place the country on a path to insolvency, or are they going to grow a backbone?

It is anyone's guess.  My guess is that the GOP has not shown any backbone, and will not be able to grow one anytime soon.

Defund NPR/Defund CNN

If you are intellectually honest and  listen to National Public Radio (NPR) attack president Trump, you must conclude that it is a division of CNN, or a division of Pravda.

All but one U.S. commercial airport are owned and operated by public entities, including local, regional or state authorities with the power to issue bonds to finance some of their capital needs- that means that like NPR, taxpayers are funding CNN in several ways: Paying airport taxes while paying to finance their capital needs.  Worse, taxpayers are forced to watch fake news CNN with the ability to change the channel to get real information.  The of course CNN pays the airports to distribute its anti-Trump propaganda.

It is time to defund NPR.  It is time to defund CNN - Demand it!

Graham McCain: Democrats/MSM Useful Idiots

Listening to failed presidential candidates and globalists, Lindsay Graham and John McCain in the Sunday shows would lead you to believe that they are Clinton supporters:  War mongers, anti-GOP.  Whether its is health care reform, tax reform or the Russia-Trump connection, it looks as if they are using Senator Chuck Schumer's talking points, rather than being constructive in supporting president Donald J. Trump's legislative agenda.

Perhaps CNN is right.  Voters are stupid and they keep re-electing officials like Maxine Waters, Graham and McCain.  I do not share CNN's view.  What I do know is that

1) Graham and McCain are adored by CNN/Mainstream Media(MSM)/Democrats.  Thy are their favorite Useful Idiots.
2) The Evil Twins in the past have characterized the president's Tweets as un-Presidential.  I can extrapolate and say their campaigns were also un-presidential, since they have yet to be elected president.
3)  The worst part is criticizing the president's cyber-initiative with Russia.  This clearly shows they have no clue as to what it takes to launch a cyber attack, how to prevent one, or the consequences of a successful one, or they just want to appear on Sunday shows. They think the Digital Universe is somewhere with Tweeter, in Mars.

My conclusion is that the Evil Twins have outlived their useful public life and ride into the sunset.  If not, I believe voters are smarter than CNN thinks and will do the job for them

OCSD arrests My Ngoc Tien Nguyen suspected of vandalizing vehicles in Rancho Santa Margarita

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. –  According to the OCSD, Orange County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Thursday, April 20, arrested a man suspected of vandalizing more than 20 vehicles over a five-month period in various locations in Rancho Santa Margarita.

The first reported incidents occurred in late 2016 but an increase in the frequency and severity of the vandalism prompted Sheriff’s investigators to launch a dedicated, comprehensive investigation utilizing multiple resources to identify a suspect.

After interviewing multiple witnesses, collecting and reviewing surveillance footage and conducting undercover surveillance operations, investigators arrested My Ngoc Tien Nguyen, 38, of Tustin.

Nguyen was booked on suspicion of multiple misdemeanor and felony counts of vandalism. He is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Mohamad Jamal Elmasri & Omar Elnaggar, 22, of Irvine Arrested After Car Break In.

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA  - According to the Irvine Police Department (IPD) In the early morning hours of Oct. 11, an Irvine resident saw two suspects around his car, parked on Freemont Street, outside of his home. The resident went outside to confront the suspects, and was able to detain Mohamad Jamal Elmasri until Irvine Police Officers arrived. The other suspect identified as Omar Elnaggar,  was able to flee the scene but was detained later that day after appearing in court on residential burglary charges.

Both suspects are now in custody:  Mohamad Jamal Elmasri, 19, of Irvine was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 11, following the theft on Fremont Street in Irvine. Omar Elnaggar, 22, of Irvine was detained a short time later.

Elnaggar and Elmasri have previously been arrested for residential burglary, theft from a vehicle and receiving stolen property.

How long does it take to close an Earthlink Account?

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA - So how long does it take to close an Earthlink account?  If you are lucky, one year.  After enduring more than 16 years with Earthlink, I finally decided to switch service providers more than a year ago.  The main reason for switching service providers was customer care.  Every single time I called technical support, I was read a list of things to do, none of which solved my problem.  I then had to research the problem and solve it on my own.

Roughly a year ago, I called Earthlink to have my service cancelled.  As in the past, I got through a call center most likely in India, as in the past.  The environment was too loud coupled with the accent, made it difficult to communicate, so the operation had to be repeated a couple of times.  What was clear, is that the agent did not want me to close the account.  He offered special discounts and bonuses if I kept the account open.  I told the agent that this was too late, as I already had the new service provider on line.

After repeated calls, one line items was closed in December of 2015.  Since then, Earthlink kept invoicing me for the second line item.

After three letters to American Express and a Twitter rant, magically the account seems to have been close as of this Monday.  Almost a year to the date since I commenced the cancellation process.

Interestingly enough, Consumer Affairs gives Earthlink one out of five stars based on customer complaint, while another website in its Earthlink Complaints & Reviews shows similar results 

FBI release of Hilary Papers Produces More Questions Than Answers

Today’s FBI release of the Hilary Clinton papers produces more questions than answers:  Ironically, 
earlier this weeFBI’s Director James Comey called for an “adult conversation”  regarding encryption, while 
engaging in a childish one about Hilary Clinton’s use of a private email server while serving as 
Secretary of State:  The way he sees it, he needs more tools – perhaps to give the powerful a 
pass and the  less powerful a heavy hand?

The FBI said this release was a summary of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s July 2, 2016
 interview with the FBI concerning allegations that classified information was improperly stored or 
transmitted on a personal e-mail server she used during her tenure. 

The FBI characterizes this release as "a factual summary of the FBI’s investigation into this matter......making
 these materials available to the public in the interest of transparency and in response to numerous Freedom 
of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Appropriate redactions have been made for classified information or 
other material exempt from disclosure under FOIA."

However, Representative Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform 
Committee, strongly disagrees.  He  said that the deletion of the emails violated an order his committee 
issued to Mrs. Clinton in 2012 and a subpoena issued by the Benghazi committee in 2015.  

Additionally, according to Senator Charles E. Grassley, who leads the Senate Judiciary Committee, 
characterized the FBI release as a selective release, that produced “an incomplete and possibly misleading 
picture of the facts without the other unclassified information that is still locked away from the public and 
even most congressional staff.”

FBI release of Hilary Papers Produces More Questions Than Answers

Today’s FBI release of the Hilary Clinton papers produces more questions than answers:  Ironically, earlier this week FBI’s Director James Comey called for an “adult conversation”  regarding encryption, while engaging in a childish one about Hilary Clinton’s use of a private email server while serving as Secretary of State:  The way he sees it, he needs more tools – perhaps to give the powerful a pass and the  less powerful a heavy hand?

The FBI said this release was a summary of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s July 2, 2016 interview with the FBI concerning allegations that classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on a personal e-mail server she used during her tenure. 

The FBI characterizes this release as "a factual summary of the FBI’s investigation into this matter......making these materials available to the public in the interest of transparency and in response to numerous Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Appropriate redactions have been made for classified information or other material exempt from disclosure under FOIA."

However, Representative Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, strongly disagrees.  He  said that the deletion of the emails violated an order his committee issued to Mrs. Clinton in 2012 and a subpoena issued by the Benghazi committee in 2015.  

Additionally, according to Senator Charles E. Grassley, who leads the Senate Judiciary Committee, characterized the FBI release as a selective release, that produced “an incomplete and possibly misleading picture of the facts without the other unclassified information that is still locked away from the public and even most congressional staff.”

US Lutherans and Catholics Brothers Again

US Lutherans approve document recognizing agreement with Catholic Church

(RNS) Nearly 500 years after Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses to the Castle Church door, the largest Lutheran denomination in the U.S. has approved a declaration recognizing “there are no longer church-dividing issues” on many points with the Roman Catholic Church.

The “Declaration on the Way” was approved 931-9 by the 2016 Evangelical Lutheran Church in America Churchwide Assembly held last week at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans

Bryan D’Antonio, Brea, CA, guilty of operating law firms to defraud homeowners

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA -  The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced yesterday that Bryan D’Antonio, 50, of Brea, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana, California, for his role as the owner and operator of a multi-million dollar fraudulent mortgage modification scheme that posed as a successful law firm to defraud struggling homeowners. 

D'Antonio pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter for the Central District of California to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud for his role as owner and operator of Rodis Law Group (RLG) and America’s Law Group (ALG).  His sentencing is on Jan. 30, 2017.

D’Antonio was previously convicted of mail and wire fraud and sentenced to four years in federal prison for his participation in a medical billing scheme.  He was also subject to a permanent injunction prohibiting him from having any involvement with any business that engaged in telemarketing or misrepresented the services it would provide.  

As part of his plea hearing yesterday, D’Antonio admitted that he started RLG while he was still on supervised release from his prior conviction.  In violation of D’Antonio’s permanent injunction, RLG and ALG sold their services through an extensive telemarketing operation and employees routinely misrepresented the services RLG and ALG would provide. 

D’Antonio admitted that, between October 2008 and June 2009, he participated in a scheme with Ronald Rodis, Charles Wayne Farris and others to induce homeowners to pay between $3,500 and $5,500 for the services of RLG and its successor entity, ALG.  RLG and ALG advertised on radio stations nationwide, urging struggling homeowners to call a toll-free number and stated that the companies consisted of “a team of experienced attorneys” who were “highly skilled in negotiating lower interest rates and even lowering your principal balance.”  In fact, RLG and ALG were telemarketing operations that never had teams of experienced attorneys.  During much of the scheme, Ronald Rodis was the only attorney at RLG.

RLG and ALG telemarketers working for D’Antonio made numerous misrepresentations regarding the companies’ ability to negotiate loan modifications from the homeowners’ mortgage lenders.  For example, the telemarketers stated that RLG and ALG had been in business for 11 years when in fact the company had only opened in October 2008.  They falsely stated that RLG and ALG routinely obtained positive results for homeowners, including lower monthly payments, reductions in principal balance and lower interest rates.  In fact, positive results were rarely achieved for any RLG or ALG clients.  Telemarketers also falsely reiterated that homeowners would have a team of attorneys and real estate professionals assigned to their case.  The telemarketers did not disclose to homeowners that RLG and ALG were owned and operated by Bryan D’Antonio, a convicted felon who was prohibited from engaging in telemarketing           

In a plea agreement filed in federal court, D’Antonio admitted that the RLG and ALG schemes fraudulently obtained approximately $9 million from more than 1,500 victims.

D’Antonio’s co-defendants, Charles Wayne Farris and Ronald Rodis, both previously pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud.

This case was investigated by the FBI and is being prosecuted by Trial Attorney John W. Burke of the Civil Division’s Consumer Protection Branch and Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph T. McNally of the Central District of California.

Ryan James Adrig, Laguna Beach arrested for burglary, vandalism and resisting arrest

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA - according to the Irvine Police Department (IPD,) earlier today, at approximately 1:00 AM, the owner of an Irvine business received a phone call from his alarm company notifying him of an burglary alarm activation at his business. The owner was able to instantly pull up his live video surveillance on his home computer to view the interior of his business. A male subject, now identified as Ryan Janes Adrig, was seen walking around inside the business. The owner immediately contacted IPD and provided the physical description of Adrig to IPD dispatchers. 

 As Irvine officers were responding to the business, they located Ryan James Adrig, 23, of Laguna Beach, walking along Sand Canyon Avenue. Upon approaching Adrig, he quickly ran away from the officers jumping over several fences and walls. A short foot pursuit ensued before Adrig was located and arrested for commercial burglary, vandalism and resisting arrest.

Officers returned to the business and found a window smash to the front and no other suspects were inside. Investigation is ongoing.
