Jesse Walker, Irvine, arrested for alleged sexual assault. OCSD seeks public’s help to ID additional victims

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA   (June 16, 2016) – Today, the  Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD) Special Victim’s Detail (SVD) investigators arrested Jesse Douglas Walker, 31, Irvine, following allegations he sexually assaulted a 20 year old female at Elements Massage in Laguna Niguel.

According to OCSD Public Information Officer (PIO) Lt. Mark Stichter, on Friday, June 10, 2016, SVD investigators were contacted after patrol deputies took a report of a 20 year old female who reported she was sexually assaulted.  The victim alleged Walker, while working as a massage therapist at Elements Massage located at 27901 La Paz Road in Laguna Niguel, sexually assaulted her at the business while receiving a massage.  Walker was employed at Elements Massage for the past year.  Walker was arrested in Laguna Niguel after investigators conducted a five day investigation.

During the course of the investigation, SVD investigators discovered Walker was also employed at Revive Massage and Body Work at 4880 Irvine Blvd, Suite 102 in Irvine for the past year.

Walker was booked into Orange County Jail for sexual battery.  However, he was released on $500 bail and will be scheduled to appear in court on a future date.

Due to the year-long employment of Walker as a massage therapist SVD investigators believe there may be additional victims.

Anyone with additional information or believes they were a victim is asked to call the Orange County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Detail at (714) 647-7419 or (714) 647-7000.
