The unit asserts a single-cause danger to “democracy / the republic / the children / the homeland.”
An unbound diagnostic term does the causal work (disinformation, extremism, deep state, hate, the regime, the swamp).
Prestige wrap (bestseller bug, network analyst, map-fist, “playbook”) arrives before a corpus.
Remedies implied or listed shift power to platforms, schools, or prosecutors without the card routing to the actual text of those remedies.
What P1 does: names the object as a primer, not a dossier. Caps “use as civic first lesson” the way E1 caps sequencing. Does not cap AIS further if AIS is already 0–49. Does not decide the book is false.
What P1 does not do:
partisan kill switch; “the other side is the real disinfo”; substitute for reading chapter and statute.
That is the missing drawer. Education is the wrong drawer. A fourth archive-bar Watchtower (“Books”) would be overweight. Keep books under WWS + P1; escalate to Scientific Watchtower only if the unit is actually a study.
