Republican Cloakroom split: R 211–2, D 2–209. The two Democratic yeas were Reps. Jared Golden (Maine) and Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (Washington). Same-day outlets and the Cloakroom treat this as the second time in three weeks the pair backed a GOP rule. The pair’s public ground was a Russia/Iran sanctions package that had already cleared the Senate 86–11. The rule also carried other measures, including EPA-related joint resolutions.
