I’ve been dealing with Homeowners issues, tyrannical HOA attorneys and some crooked Management Companies in Arizona for a number of years now. One well known past President of the CAI Arizona Chapter, and attorney at the “world’s largest HOA attorney firm”, I’m not making their advertising up, told me recently to “get a hobby” – so I did.
You might be surprised to find documentation there showing that $862MILLION, yes MILLIONS, of your federal tax dollars bailed out the biggest CAI affiliated bank in Arizona in the 2008 crash. No politician wants to explain why uninsured depositors were paid out.

We have two petitions pending before the OAH, one just reverted back to the OAH by DFBLS after our appeal after the ALJ unsuccessfully, to date, tried to vacate our hearing, without a hearing. I then conducted, with the help of DFBLS and the OAH, an extensive public records search of OAH and DFBLS records and obtained about 1,000 electronic records and various other records, including billing by the OAH to DFBLS. They were very professional and transparent in their response but I don’t think they’d had to deal with many such requests previously.
