Entrance to Great Park to Close for Construction

PostedBy CotoBlogzz

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA - Marine Way, the main entrance that serves the Orange County Great Park, will close the last week of May and remain closed for construction work through mid-September.

The alternate route into the Great Park is Trabuco Road, which is located between Irvine Boulevard and Marine Way off Sand Canyon Avenue. (See attached map.) Once on Trabuco Road, visitors will then turn right on Ridge Valley and enter the Great Park.

The closure of Marine way will not affect day-to-day operation of or access to the Great Park, including the Great Park Balloon, Kids Rock, Carousel, Hangar 244, and activities and exhibitions in the Palm Court.
The construction work is related to the future extension of Marine Way. For more information, visit cityofirvine.org.
